Reducing Bulk for Rolled Hems

If you enjoy rolled hems on finished products such as towels, you may find that the rolled hem area ends up very bulky.  To reduce the bulk, thus making rolled hems much easier to sew, weave the first and last 1 to 1 1/2 inches of the cloth with sewing thread. This will greatly reduce the bulk in those areas. Begin and finish off with invisible fusible thread found in [this tip] for even easier rolled hems.
